By accessing and using SiteHub ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

SiteHub provides a bio link hosting service that allows users to create personalized pages to showcase their links and content. The Service is available in two forms:

  • Open Source (Self-Hosted): Free to use, subject to the MIT License. You are responsible for your own hosting and maintenance.
  • SiteHub Cloud (Hosted): A managed service with free and paid tiers. We handle hosting, security, and updates.

3. User Accounts

To use SiteHub Cloud, you must create an account. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the rights of others (copyright, trademark, privacy).
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others.

5. Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine to be:

  • Illegal: Any content that violates applicable laws.
  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
  • NSFW Content: Pornographic or explicitly adult content is strictly prohibited.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be a person or entity you are not authorised to represent.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SiteHub makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, stability, or uptime. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteHub and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified via email to SiteHub Cloud customers.
