General Refund Policy

At SiteHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer limited refunds.

Subscriptions

Monthly Plans: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.

Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not typically provided, but you will retain access until the end of the billing period.

Lifetime Deals & One-Time Purchases

For lifetime access or other one-time purchases (like the "Early Bird" offer), we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.

Exceptions

We may grant a refund in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the core features of the service, which we are unable to resolve.
  • Billing errors (e.g., you were charged twice).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@sagozen.digital with the subject line "Refund Request".

  • We will review your request within 2 business days
  • We will investigate and issue a refund within 3 business days if an error is confirmed
  • Include your transaction details and payment confirmation

Chargebacks

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Additional fees from payment processors
  • Potential ban from future SiteHub services

We're committed to resolving any issues fairly and quickly if you contact us first.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the SiteHub Cloud dashboard. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
